This will give you a larger caption bar to work with. If the clip is very small then you may find it useful to zoom in closer. You can drag a clip to a new location within its current track or to a new track altogether. The easiest way to change the position of a clip is by simply clicking on the caption of the clip window and dragging it to a new location.
